ایک بارش میں جو دریا بن جائے
برا بنتا ہوں کہ شاید ایسے
وہ مرے سامنے اچھا بن جائے
کامیابی ترے پاؤں چومے
تیرے گالوں پہ ستارہ بن جائے
کوئی یادوں کے گھنے جنگل سے
یوں گزرتا ہے کہ رستہ بن جائے
پتھر اس وقت نظر آتے ہیں
پانی جب آئنے جیسا بن جائے
