خرم آفاق
اپنا ہوتا نہ کسی چشم دگر میں رہتا
اور کچھ روز جو میں تیری نظر میں رہتا
فاصلہ دیکھ ذرا رزق و محبت کے بیچ
اور خود سوچ کہ کب تک میں سفر میں رہتا
کوئی اپنوں کے علاوہ بھی نبھاتا مرا ساتھ
کوئی لہروں کے علاوہ بھی بھنور میں رہتا
اپنی امید تو سرحد پہ ہی دم توڑ گئی
اب وہ ایران میں رہتا کہ قطر میں رہتا
اس کے جاتے ہی محبت کو نکالا دل سے
ورنہ یہ سانپ بہت دیر کھنڈر میں رہتا
