میرے احساس و تفکر میں سلگتی ہے جو آگ

وہی مظلوم کے اشکوں میں نہاں ہوتی ہے

ہائے وہ وقت کہ جب ان کی حسیں آنکھوں سے

ایک پر کیف تجلی سی عیاں ہوتی ہے

لوگ کہتے ہیں جسے حسن ادا کی شوخی

یہی رنگین اشاروں کا بیاں ہوتی ہے

کتنی پیاری ہے وہ معصوم تمنا اے دوست

جو تذبذب کی فضاؤں میں جواں ہوتی ہے
