اب راستے پہ کوئی رکاوٹ نہیں ترے
بہتان کی چٹان کو میں نے ہٹا دیا
فکروں کو چیرتے ہوئے تیرے خیال نے
ٹوٹے ہوئے بدن میں نیا دل لگا دیا
محفل میں مصلحت سے جو باتیں نہ کر سکا
دانشوروں نے اس کو نشانہ بنا دیا
کوچے میں یار لوگوں کا جب بڑھ گیا ہجوم
اس نے بھی احتیاط کا پردہ گرا دیا
چاندی سے پاؤں چھوڑ گئے گنگناتے نقش
پگ پگ پہ جیسے دیپ کسی نے جلا دیا

TuTe hue badan mein naya dil laga diya
mahfil mein maslahat se jo baaten na kar saka
danishwaron ne us ko nishana bana diya
kuche mein yar logon ka jab baDh gaya hujum
us ne bhi ehtiyat ka parda gira diya
chandi se panw chhoD gae gungunate naqsh
pag pag pe jaise dip kisi ne jala diya
