میکش اجمیری
جب کبھی قتل آبرو ہوگا
زرد چہرہ لہو لہو ہوگا
چھوڑ بچے کو قتل سے باز آ
یہ کسی ماں کی آرزو ہوگا
پیٹھ میں جو چبھو گیا خنجر
کوئی کم حوصلہ عدو ہوگا
دل کے زخموں کی کھل رہی ہے زباں
درد موضوع گفتگو ہوگا
آنکھیں روشن دکھائی دیتی ہیں
سامنے کوئی ماہ رو ہوگا

piTh mein jo chubho gaya KHanjar

dard mauzu-e-guftugu hoga
aankhen raushan dikhai deti hain
samne koi mah-ru hoga
