کوئی نہیں کہ یار کی لاوے خبر مجھے

اے سیل اشک تو ہی بہا دے ادھر مجھے

یا صبح ہو چکے کہیں یا میں ہی مر چکوں

رو بیٹھوں اس سحر ہی کو میں یا سحر مجھے

نہ دیر ہی کو سمجھوں ہوں نہ کعبہ یہ ترا

پھرتا ہے اشتیاق لئے گھر بہ گھر مجھے

منت تو سر پہ تیشہ کی فرہاد تب میں لوں

جب سر پٹکنے کو نہ ہو دیوار و در مجھے

کیا جاؤں جاؤں کرتا ہے جاناں تو بیٹھ جا

میں دیکھوں تجھ کو اور تو دیکھ اک نظر مجھے

پھر کوئی دم میں آہ خدا جانے یہ فلک

لے جاوے کس طرف کو تجھے اور کدھر مجھے

رونا کبھی جو آنکھوں بھی دیکھا نہ تھا حسنؔ

سو اب فلک نے دل کا کیا نوحہ گر مجھے
