دیکھے گا جو تجھ رو کو سو حیران رہے گا

وابستہ ترے مو کا پریشان رہے گا

وعدہ تو کیا اس سے دم صبح کا لیکن

اس دم تئیں مجھ میں بھی اگر جان رہے گا

منعم نے بنا ظلم کی رکھ گھر تو بنایا

پر آپ کوئی رات ہی مہمان رہے گا

چھوٹوں کہیں ایذا سے لگا ایک ہی جلاد

تا حشر مرے سر پہ یہ احسان رہے گا

چمٹے رہیں گے دشت محبت میں سر و تیغ

محشر تئیں خالی نہ یہ میدان رہے گا

جانے کا نہیں شور سخن کا مرے ہرگز

تا حشر جہاں میں مرا دیوان رہے گا

دل دینے کی ایسی حرکت ان نے نہیں کی

جب تک جئے گا میرؔ پشیمان رہے گا
