راہ دور عشق میں روتا ہے کیا

آگے آگے دیکھیے ہوتا ہے کیا

قافلے میں صبح کے اک شور ہے

یعنی غافل ہم چلے سوتا ہے کیا

سبز ہوتی ہی نہیں یہ سرزمیں

تخم خواہش دل میں تو بوتا ہے کیا

داغ چھاتی کے عبث دھوتا ہے کیا
