اترتی رات کے زینے سے لگ کر سوچتا ہوں

صبح جب ہوگی

میں اپنی جستجو میں چل پڑوں گا

ساعتوں کے ٹوٹتے صحرا سے نکلوں گا

نئی منزل نیا جادو اجالا ہی اجالا

دور تک انسانیت کا بول بالا

خیال اچھا ہے خود کو بھول جانے کا

چلو یوں بھی تو کر دیکھیں
