چشم پر آب سے آئینے وضو کرتے ہیں

کرتے اظہار ہیں در پردہ عداوت اپنی

وہ مرے آگے جو تعریف عدو کرتے ہیں

دل کا یہ حال ہے پھٹ جائے ہے سو جائے سے اور

اگر اک جائے سے ہم اس کو رفو کرتے ہیں

توڑیں اک نالے سے اس کاسۂ گردوں کو مگر

نوش ہم اس میں کبھو دل کا لہو کرتے ہیں

قد دل جو کو تمہارے نہیں دیکھا شاید

سرکشی اتنی جو سرو لب جو کرتے ہیں
