بس ترا انتظار رہتا ہے

دل بڑا بے قرار رہتا ہے

راحتیں کچھ تو بخش دے مجھ کو

ان دنوں دل پہ بار رہتا ہے

التجا ہے کہ اب عنایت ہو

درد رگ رگ میں یار رہتا ہے

وہ جو نظروں سے تم چلاتے ہو

تیر وہ آر پار رہتا ہے

سیفؔ کہتے ہو چین تم جس کو

وہ تو دریا کے پار رہتا ہے

rahaten kuchh to baKHsh de mujh ko
