کن علاقوں میں بسوں میں کن مکانوں میں رہوں

ایک دشت لا مکاں پھیلا ہے میرے ہر طرف

دشت سے نکلوں تو جا کر کن ٹھکانوں میں رہوں

علم ہے جو پاس میرے کس جگہ افشا کروں

یا ابد تک اس خبر کے رازدانوں میں رہوں

وصل کی شام سیہ اس سے پرے آبادیاں

خواب دائم ہے یہی میں جن زمانوں میں رہوں

یہ سفر معلوم کا معلوم تک ہے اے منیرؔ

میں کہاں تک ان حدوں کے قید خانوں میں رہوں
