یہ کون آیا ہے بام آرزو پر

فضاؤں میں اجالا ہو رہا ہے

جھڑی ہے دھول کس کے نقش پا سے

بہت آسان رستہ ہو رہا ہے

سکڑتی جا رہی ہے مجھ پہ دھرتی

بدن میرا کشادہ ہو رہا ہے

مری پلکوں پہ اک موہوم آنسو

کہ شبنم سے شرارہ ہو رہا ہے

سمجھتی ہے یہی دنیا کہ مجھ کو

محبت میں خسارہ ہو رہا ہے

عصا جب سے نبیلؔ آیا میسر

سمندر بھی کنارا ہو رہا ہے
