مرا علاج مرے چارہ گر کے پاس نہیں

تڑپ رہے ہیں زباں پر کئی سوال مگر

مرے لیے کوئی شایان التماس نہیں

ترے جلو میں بھی دل کانپ کانپ اٹھتا ہے

مرے مزاج کو آسودگی بھی راس نہیں

کبھی کبھی جو ترے قرب میں گزارے تھے

اب ان دنوں کا تصور بھی میرے پاس نہیں

گزر رہے ہیں عجب مرحلوں سے دیدہ و دل

سحر کی آس تو ہے زندگی کی آس نہیں

مجھے یہ ڈر ہے تری آرزو نہ مٹ جائے

بہت دنوں سے طبیعت مری اداس نہیں
