تُم گُم صُم سے محفل میں رہا کرتے ہو

ڈائری میں روز رات کے آخری پہر

چپکے سے میرا ذکر کیا کرتے ہو

کسی بھی تقریب میں موجود ہوں تو

مُجھ سے ملنے کے بہانے ڈھونڈا کرتے ہو

تُمہیں جو میں نے لکھے تھے خطوط

اکیلے میں انھیں بارہا پڑھا کرتے ہو

اک میں ہی نہیں تنہا یاد کرنے میں

خوش ہو تم بھی مجھے یاد کیا کرتے ہو۔
