دل تنگ ہوں مکان کے اندر پڑا ہوا

دل تنگ ہوں مکان کے اندر پڑا ہوا

باہر ابد کا قفل ہے در پر پڑا ہوا

مجھ پر گراں گزرتی ہے میری صدا کی گونج

چپ ہوں درون گنبد بے در پڑا ہوا

ممکن جو ہو تو ایک نظر مڑ کے دیکھ لے

اک نقش ہے زمین پہ مٹ کر پڑا ہوا

میں ہی نہیں ہوں دن کے بگولے کے ساتھ ساتھ

سورج کے پاؤں میں بھی ہے چکر پڑا ہوا

کھل ہی گئی ہے آنکھ تو آواز دے کے دیکھ

خاموش کیوں ہے شب کا سمندر پڑا ہوا

بیٹھا ہوا ہوں چھپ کے ہوا کے حصار میں

ہر سمت ہے غنیم کا لشکر پڑا ہوا

مجھ کو ہوائیں چلنے سے پہلے سمیٹ لو

میں رہ گزار میں ہوں بکھر کر پڑا ہوا

جیسے ہو کوئی میرے تعاقب میں رات دن

اپنے وجود کا ہے مجھے ڈر پڑا ہوا

میں چھپتا پھر رہا ہوں خود اپنی ہی ذات سے

قیصرؔ مرا عذاب ہے مجھ پر پڑا ہوا
