مگر وہ ایک ہے کیوں اس سے یہ گلہ بھی ہے

ہمیشہ مندر و مسجد میں وہ نہیں رہتا

سنا ہے بچوں میں چھپ کر وہ کھیلتا بھی ہے

نہ جانے ایک میں اس جیسے اور کتنے ہیں

وہ جتنا پاس ہے اتنا ہی وہ جدا بھی ہے

وہی امیر جو روزی رساں ہے عالم کا

فقیر بن کے کبھی بھیک مانگتا بھی ہے

اکیلا ہوتا تو کچھ اور فیصلہ ہوتا

مری شکست میں شامل مری دعا بھی ہے
