وہ کون ہے جو ہے بھی نہیں اور اداس ہے

ممکن ہے لکھنے والے کو بھی یہ خبر نہ ہو

قصے میں جو نہیں ہے وہی بات خاص ہے

مانے نہ مانے کوئی حقیقت تو ہے یہی

چرخہ ہے جس کے پاس اسی کی کپاس ہے

اتنا بھی بن سنور کے نہ نکلا کرے کوئی

لگتا ہے ہر لباس میں وہ بے لباس ہے

چھوٹا بڑا ہے پانی خود اپنے حساب سے

اتنی ہی ہر ندی ہے یہاں جتنی پیاس ہے
