اگرچہ منہ سے وہ کہتا نہیں ہے

پاشا رحمان

اگرچہ منہ سے وہ کہتا نہیں ہے

مگر حال اس کا کچھ اچھا نہیں ہے

مقابل آئینہ ہے سوچتا ہوں

یہ چہرہ تو مرا چہرہ نہیں ہے

وہاں کرتے رہے صحرا نوردی

جہاں کوسوں کوئی سایا نہیں ہے

سنو کہ زرد موسم کے اثر سے

گلوں کا حال کچھ اچھا نہیں ہے

جلے سپنے بجھی چشم تمنا

مگر اب تک کوئی آیا نہیں ہے

نہ جانے رات بھر کیوں سوچتا ہوں

یہ زنداں ہے مرا کمرہ نہیں ہے

اکیلے میں ملوں پاشاؔ سے کیسے

کسی لمحہ بھی وہ تنہا نہیں ہے

magar haal us ka kuchh achchha nahin hai

muqabil aaina hai sochta hun
ye chehra to mera chehra nahin hai

wahan karte rahe sahra-nawardi
jahan koson koi saya nahin hai

jale sapne bujhi chashm-e-tamanna
