گئی رُتوں کی اُداسیاں ہیں
پروفیسر رشید حسرت
گئی رُتوں کی اُداسِیاں ہیں یا ایک ھم ہیں
اُجاڑ راتوں کی تلخیاں ہیں یا ایک ھم ہیں
یہ اپنا دِل ھے کہ ایک شُعلہ لپک رہا ھے
وفا کے شِشیشے کی کِرچیاں ہیں یا ایک ھم ہیں
بُجھا کے رکھنے کے طور اپنے ہیں زِیست اپنی
تُمہاری پہلی سی شوخِیاں ہیں یا ایک ھم ہیں
اُداس راتیں، اُداس لمحوں کے قافلے ہیں
اُداس پیڑوں کی ٹہنیاں ہیں یا ایک ھم ہیں
کبھی تبسّم کے گُلستانوں کے پُھول تھے جو
اب اُن پہ شبنم کی سِسکِیاں ہیں یا ایک ھم ہیں
کرم نوازی کی رسم باقی کہ ایک تم ھو
تمھاری بندہ نوازیاں ہیں یا ایک ھم ہیں
نہیں ھے حسرتؔ نصِیب میں تو سُکونِ دِل اب
زمانے بھر کی ہی تلخِیاں ہیں یا ایک ھم ہیں
