ھر کِسی سے قلب کی بے چینِیاں، مت کر بیاں
زِندگی کی تلخِیاں، محرُومِیاں، مت کر بیاں
ڈس رہی ھے رات کی ناگن اگر مُجھ کو تو کیا
تیرے چہرے سے بھی ھے سب کُچھ عیاں، مت کر بیاں
میں بھی تیرے بِن گُزارے وقت کو بُھولا رہُوں
تُو بھی اپنی بے کلی کی داستاں، مت کر بیاں
جب مِرے لب پر ھُوئی تھی جُنبِشِ حرفِ وفا
تب ھُؤا تھا کون میرا راز داں، مت کر بیاں
ھم کہ لمحہ بھر جُدائی کے لِیئے راضی نہ تھے
کِس لیئے اب فاصلہ ھے درمیاں، مت کر بیاں
اے دلِ نادان سارے سانِحوں کو بُھول جا
کون تھا نامِہربان و مِہرباں، مت کر بیاں
زِندگی کا فاصلہ ھے اب ھمارے درمیاں
پِھر بھی حسرتؔ کِس لِیئے ھے بے زباں، مت کر بیاں
