زخموں کو مرہم کہتا ہوں قاتل کو مسیحا کہتا ہوں

جو دل پر گزرا کرتی ہے میں پردا پردا کہتا ہوں

زلفوں کو گھٹائیں کہتا ہوں رخسار کو شعلہ کہتا ہوں

تم جتنے اچھے لگتے ہو میں اس سے اچھا کہتا ہوں

اب ریت یہی ہے دنیا کی تم بھی نہ بنو بیگانہ کہیں

الزام نہیں دھرتا تم پر اک جی کا دھڑکنا کہتا ہوں

ارباب چمن جو کہتے ہیں وہ نام مجھے معلوم نہیں

جس شاخ پہ کوئی پھول نہ ہو میں اس کو تمنا کہتا ہوں

قیصرؔ وہ نوا لا حاصل ہے جو آ کے لبوں پر لہرائے

چھو لے جو دلوں کی گہرائی میں اس کو نغمہ کہتا ہوں
