بھلا اہل جنوں سے ترک ویرانہ تو کیا ہوگا

خبر آئے گی ان کی ان کا اب آنا تو کیا ہوگا

سنے جاؤ جہاں تک سن سکو جب نیند آئے گی

وہیں ہم چھوڑ دیں گے ختم افسانہ تو کیا ہوگا

اندھیری رات زنداں پاؤں میں زنجیر تنہائی

اس عالم میں مر جائے گا دیوانہ تو کیا ہوگا

ابھی تو مطمئن ہو ظلم کا پردہ ہے خاموشی

اگر کچھ منہ سے بول اٹھا یہ دیوانہ تو کیا ہوگا

جناب شیخ ہم تو رند ہیں چلو سلامت ہے

جو تم نے توڑ بھی ڈالا یہ پیمانہ تو کیا ہوگا

یہی ہے گر خوشی تو رات بھر گنتے رہو تارے

قمرؔ اس چاندنی میں ان کا اب آنا تو کیا ہوگا
