حکم صیاد ہے تا ختم تماشائے بہار

ساری دنیا کہے بلبل نہ کہے ہائے بہار

صبح گلگشت کو جاتے ہو کہ شرمائے بہار

کیا یہ مطلب ہے گلستاں سے نکل جائے بہار

منہ سے کچھ بھی دم رخصت نہ کہا بلبل نے

صرف صیاد نے اتنا تو سنا ہائے بہار

یہ بھی کچھ بات ہوئی گل ہنسے تم روٹھ گئے

اس پہ یہ ضد کہ ابھی خاک میں مل جائے بہار

تیرے قربان قمرؔ منہ سر گلزار نہ کھول

صدقے اس چاند سی صورت پہ نہ ہو جائے بہار
