کہ درد ہجر نہ رکھ دے کہیں مروڑ کے دل

اب آپ کے مرے گھر تک قدم نہیں آتے

یہ وہ سزا ہے دیا تھا جو ہاتھ جوڑ کے دل

خدا رکھے ابھی کمسن ہو قدر کیا جانو

ذرا سی دیر میں رکھ دو گے توڑ پھوڑ کے دل

لیا تھا جیسے اسی طرح پھیر بھی دیتے

یہ کیا کہ پھینک دیا تم نے منہ سکوڑ کے دل

ہمارے ساتھ نہ دیکھی بہار تاروں کی

قمرؔ چلے گئے وہ چاندنی میں توڑ کے دل
