دل سنبھلتا نہیں سنبھالے سے
قمرالدین خورشید
دل سنبھلتا نہیں سنبھالے سے
یوں دھڑکتا ہے اک حوالے سے
دودھیا ہو گئی فضا ساری
چاندنی رات کے اجالے سے
ساقیا لا مجھے صراحی دے
پیاس بجھتی نہیں پیالے سے
گوریاں کر رہی ہیں پوجا پاٹ
گھنٹیاں بج اٹھیں شوالے سے
بو ہے بارود کی فضاؤں میں
کھیتیاں بھی جلیں جوالے سے
وہ جو دو وقت کا رہے بھوکا
مطمئن کیا ہو دو نوالے سے

dudhiya ho gai faza sari
chandni raat ke ujale se
saqiya la mujhe surahi de
pyas bujhti nahin piyale se
goriyan kar rahi hain puja-paT
ghanTiyan baj uThin shiwale se
bu hai barud ki fazaon mein
khetiyan bhi jalin jwale se
wo jo do waqt ka rahe bhuka
mutmain kya ho do niwale se
