ربط میں پہلوئے نیرنگ کہاں سے آیا
صاحب عرض کو یہ ڈھنگ کہاں سے آیا
خوش نما عکس ہوئے خار کی صورت کیسے
آئنے سب تھے تو پھر سنگ کہاں سے آیا
گرد کی زد میں ہے خوشبو سے مہکتا آنگن
خواب میں دہر کا آہنگ کہاں سے آیا
سبز ہے وادئ بے آب میں گلشن میرا
شب کی تصویر میں یہ رنگ کہاں سے آیا
دوست دشمن ہیں سبھی وضع پہ قائم راحتؔ
کیا کہوں جیت کے میں جنگ کہاں سے آیا
