جہاں جہاں سے وہ ٹوٹا ہے جوڑ دوں گا اسے

مجھے وہ چھوڑ گیا یہ کمال ہے اس کا

ارادہ میں نے کیا تھا کہ چھوڑ دوں گا اسے

بدن چرا کے وہ چلتا ہے مجھ سے شیشہ بدن

اسے یہ ڈر ہے کہ میں توڑ پھوڑ دوں گا اسے

پسینے بانٹتا پھرتا ہے ہر طرف سورج

کبھی جو ہاتھ لگا تو نچوڑ دوں گا اسے

مزہ چکھا کے ہی مانا ہوں میں بھی دنیا کو

سمجھ رہی تھی کہ ایسے ہی چھوڑ دوں گا اسے
