بیر دنیا سے قبیلے سے لڑائی لیتے

ایک سچ کے لئے کس کس سے برائی لیتے

آبلے اپنے ہی انگاروں کے تازہ ہیں ابھی

لوگ کیوں آگ ہتھیلی پہ پرائی لیتے

برف کی طرح دسمبر کا سفر ہوتا ہے

ہم اسے ساتھ نہ لیتے تو رضائی لیتے

کتنا مانوس سا ہمدردوں کا یہ درد رہا

عشق کچھ روگ نہیں تھا جو دوائی لیتے

چاند راتوں میں ہمیں ڈستا ہے دن میں سورج

شرم آتی ہے اندھیروں سے کمائی لیتے

تم نے جو توڑ دیے خواب ہم ان کے بدلے

کوئی قیمت کبھی لیتے تو خدائی لیتے
