پھول اس بار کھلے ہیں بڑی تیاری سے

لوگ آسان ہوئے ہیں بڑی دشواری سے

ذہن میں جب بھی ترے خط کی عبارت چمکی

ایک خوشبو سی نکلنے لگی الماری سے

شاہزادے سے ملاقات تو نا ممکن ہے

چلیے مل آتے ہیں چل کر کسی درباری سے

بادشاہوں سے بھی پھینکے ہوئے سکے نہ لیے

ہم نے خیرات بھی مانگی ہے تو خودداری سے
