روز تاروں کو نمائش میں خلل پڑتا ہے

چاند پاگل ہے اندھیرے میں نکل پڑتا ہے

ایک دیوانہ مسافر ہے مری آنکھوں میں

وقت بے وقت ٹھہر جاتا ہے چل پڑتا ہے

اپنی تعبیر کے چکر میں مرا جاگتا خواب

روز سورج کی طرح گھر سے نکل پڑتا ہے

روز پتھر کی حمایت میں غزل لکھتے ہیں

روز شیشوں سے کوئی کام نکل پڑتا ہے

اس کی یاد آئی ہے سانسو ذرا آہستہ چلو

دھڑکنوں سے بھی عبادت میں خلل پڑتا ہے
