پختہ ہونے نہ دیا خام بھی رہنے نہ دیا
عشق نے خاص تو کیا عام بھی رہنے نہ دیا
ہائے رے گردش ایام کہ اب کے تو نے
شکوۂ گردش ایام بھی رہنے نہ دیا
آخر کار پکارا اسے ظالم کہہ کر
درد نے دوست کا اکرام بھی رہنے نہ دیا
کوئی کیوں آئے گا دوبارہ تری جنت میں
دانہ بھی چھین لیا دام بھی رہنے نہ دیا
عیش میں پہلے کہاں اپنی بسر ہوتی تھی
یاد نے دو گھڑی آرام بھی رہنے نہ دیا
دل کو آوارگیاں دور بہت چھوڑ آئیں
ذکر خیر ایک طرف نام بھی رہنے نہ دیا
وہی زنجیر ہے تیرے بھی گلے میں راحیلؔ
جس نے سورج کو لب بام بھی رہنے نہ دیا
