بس قنوطی بھی نہیں میں اور رجائی بھی نہیں

جو نہیں ہوں تجھ کو وہ صورت دکھائی بھی نہیں

ایک عرصہ ہو گیا لب پر دھری تھی اک غزل

اس نے پوچھا بھی نہیں میں نے سنائی بھی نہیں

ہم نے تیرے ذوق کی خاطر کیا خود کو تباہ

خون بھی تھوکا بہت شہرت کمائی بھی نہیں

جانتے تھے عدل حاکم کی حقیقت اس لئے

نہ کوئی زنجیر کھینچی دی دہائی بھی نہیں

کیا کہوں اے ہوش مندا بے خودی کی لذتیں

اس کا تو نعم البدل ساری خدائی بھی نہیں
