چلا تو آیا ھُوں مَیں، آگے جو مِری قسمت
وہ در مرے لیے وا ھو نہ ھو، مِری قسمت
تُمہیں بسایا تھا دل میں، تُم آستیں میں رھے
تمہارا دوش نہیں دوستو ! مِری قسمت
اگر مَیں شہد خریدُوں تو کڑوا نکلے گا
تُم اتنی بات سے ھی جان لو مِری قسمت
تھمائی کاتبِ تقدیر کو لہُو کی دوات
پھر اُس سے مَیں نے کہا: اب لکھو مِری قسمت
تُو لکھ کے لایا تھا سکّے کے دونوں رُخ مری ھار
مَیں پھر بھی جیت گیا یار تو مِری قسمت
وہ شخص آیا نہیں، آنکھیں مُند گئیں میری
عزیزو ! دوستو ! نوحہ گرو ! مِری قسمت
مرا بھی مُلکِ محبت پہ راج ھو فارس
اگر جناب کی قسمت سی ھو مِری قسمت
