چوروں کی طرح رات کی تاریکی میں آئے
ڈرپوک قبیلے سے کئی شر بھرے سائے
پیڑوں کو نشانے پہ لیا، تیر چلائے
ایسے میں اک آواز اٹھی: “جانے نہ پائے”
شیروں میں چلے آئے تھے گیدڑ جو سنبھل کر
