وہ سادہ لوح ہمیں چاہتا ابھی تک ہے
فقط زمان و مکاں میں ذرا سا فرق آیا
جو ایک مسئلۂ درد تھا ابھی تک ہے
شروع عشق میں حاصل ہوا جو دیر کے بعد
وہ ایک صفر تہ حاشیہ ابھی تک ہے
حلول کر چکی خود میں ہزار نقش و رنگ
یہ کائنات جو خاکہ نما ابھی تک ہے
طویل سلسلۂ مصلحت ہے چار طرف
یقین کر لے مری جاں خدا ابھی تک ہے
