ہر گھڑی ہوتا ہے احساس کہیں کچھ کم ہے

گھر کی تعمیر تصور ہی میں ہو سکتی ہے

اپنے نقشے کے مطابق یہ زمیں کچھ کم ہے

بچھڑے لوگوں سے ملاقات کبھی پھر ہوگی

دل میں امید تو کافی ہے یقیں کچھ کم ہے

اب جدھر دیکھیے لگتا ہے کہ اس دنیا میں

کہیں کچھ چیز زیادہ ہے کہیں کچھ کم ہے

آج بھی ہے تری دوری ہی اداسی کا سبب

یہ الگ بات کہ پہلی سی نہیں کچھ کم ہے
