بدل رہا ہے جنوں زاویے اڑانوں کے

یہ دل کا زخم ہے اک روز بھر ہی جائے گا

شگاف پر نہیں ہوتے فقط چٹانوں کے

چھلک چھلک کے بڑھا میری سمت نیند کا جام

پگھل پگھل کے گرے قفل قید خانوں کے

ہوا کے دشت میں تنہائی کا گزر ہی نہیں

مرے رفیق ہیں مطرب گئے زمانوں کے

کبھی ہمارے نقوش قدم کو ترسیں گے

وہی جو آج ستارے ہیں آسمانوں کے
