تعارف ہو تو میں تم کو بتاو ¿ں اس کے بارے میں

کہ جس کی یاد نے مجھ کو ستایا ہے رُلایا ہے

سنا تو ہے کہ میرا نام سن کر وہ بت ِ کافر

ذرا سا گنگنایا ہے بہت سا مسکرایا ہے

محبت مختلف انداز سے کرتا رہا ہے وہ

کبھی اس نے گرایا ہے کبھی اس نے اُٹھایا ہے

کسی کو اپنی ناکامی کا کیسے دوش دوں جاذب

مری آوارگی نے ہی مجھے یہ دن دکھایا ہے
