فضائے نیل گوں کا دھیان چھوڑ دے

پرند کس طرح اڑان چھوڑ دے

نئے جہان کی کیمسٹری سمجھ

گئے ہوئے دنوں کا دھیان چھوڑ دے

شروع ہو چکی ہے جنگ شہر میں

محبتوں کو درمیان چھوڑ دے

زمین چھوڑ کر کہاں رہے گا تو

یہ خواہشوں کا آسمان چھوڑ دے

قدم سے جو قدم نہیں ملا رہا

اسے کہو وہ کاروان چھوڑ دے

نئے جہان کا ہے کربلا نیا

تو دوستوں کا امتحان چھوڑ دے

سو اب کہانی رخ بدل چکی ہے دوست

یہاں پرانی داستان چھوڑ دے
