میں ہو کے ترے غم سے ناشاد بہت رویا

راتوں کے تئیں کر کے فریاد بہت رویا

حسرت میں دیا جی کو محنت کی نہ ہوئی راحت

میں حال ترا سن کر فرہاد بہت رویا

گلشن سے وہ جوں لایا بلبل نے دیا جی کو

قسمت کے اوپر اپنی صیاد بہت رویا

نشتر تو لگاتا تھا پر خوں نہ نکلتا تھا

کر فصد مری آخر فصاد بہت رویا

کر قتل مجھے ان نے عالم میں بہت ڈھونڈا

جب مجھ سا نہ کوئی پایا جلاد بہت رویا

جب یار مرا بگڑا خط آئے سے اے تاباںؔ

تب حسن کو میں اس کے کر یاد بہت رویا
