اتنا بھی وہ لاپرواہ تھوڑی ہے

انجینئر کبیر صائم

تو ہے پریشاں تو خوش ہو گا وہ

اتنا بھی وہ لاپرواہ تھوڑی ہے

تجھے ہے گر شکوہ تو کرتا کیوں نہیں

وہ تیرا اپنا ہے غیر تھوڑی ہے

کبھی کبھی بات کر لیا کر اس سے

وہ ذرا سا خفا ہے ناراض تھوڑی ہے

مشکلوں سے کیوں گھبراتے ہو صاحب

ابھی تو ابتدا ہے انتہا تھوڑی ہے

بشر ہوں سو غلطی کر جاتا ہوں

مجھ پہ سب کچھ عیاں تھوڑی ہے

کوشش کرنے سے وہ لوٹ ہی آئے گا اک دن

صائم وہ انسان ہے گزرا وقت تھوڑی ہے
