فلک سے زمیں پر ا تا را گیا ہو ں

فلک سے زمیں پر ا تا را گیا ہو ں

میں اک کشمکش سے گزاراگیا ہو ں

انا تھی بغاوت مرِی پھر ہوا یوں

تری اک نظر سے ہی ماراگیا ہو ں

بدن روشنی ا وڑھتے ہی پکا رے

میں تاریکیو ں سے نتھارا گیا ہو ں

حیات اپنی اس سے زیا دہ نہیں تھی

کہ کچھ لو گ تھے جن پہ وارا گیا ہو ں

غلط راہ سا تھی ازل سے رہی تھی

عبث بار ہا میں سدھارا گیا ہو ں

سبق تو مجھے جیتنے کا ملا تھا

مگر مصلحت تھی سو، ہا را گیا ہو ں
