کبھی خوابوں میں ہوں وہ روبرو تو شعر ہوتا ہے

کبھی خوابوں میں ہوں وہ روبرو تو شعر ہوتا ہے
کہ جب ہوتی ہے ان سے گفتگو تو شعر ہوتا ہے
یہ جلتا ہے، تصور ذہن میں تخلیق ہوتا ہے
نکل آئے جو آنکھوں سے لہو تو شعر ہوتا ہے
اسے بانہوں میں بھر کے چوم لوں شرما سی جائے وہ
کرے جب دل کچھ ایسی جستجو تو شعر ہوتا ہے
کبھی وہ یاد آ جائے یا اس کا خواب آ جائے
کسی صورت بھی ہو وہ دو بدو تو شعر ہوتا ہے
سنانا چاہتا ہوں میں جنہیں سب حال دل اپنا
نہیں ہوتی جب ان سے گفتگو تو شعر ہوتا ہے
مری بے تاب آنکھوں کو کہیں تاریکی شب میں
دکھے جب چاند چہرہ ہو بہو تو شعر ہوتا ہے
جہاں کے شور سے بچ کر میں بیٹھوں جب کبھی تنہا
سنائی دے مجھے جب ہاو ہو تو شعر ہوتا ہے
طبعیت بے قراری پر اتر آئے ظہیراحمد
جو لے انگڑائی کوئی آرزو تو شعر ہوتا ہے
