کیوں تری قند لبی خوش سخنی یاد آئی

زہر افشانیٔ دنیائے دنی یاد آئی

پئے گل گشت چمن پھر دل دیوانہ چلا

پھر تری سر و قدی گل بدنی یاد آئی

جب کسی جسم پہ سجتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے لباس

تیری خوش قامتی خوش پیرہنی یاد آئی

یوں نباہا ترا وعدہ ترے غم نے برسوں

غم ایام کی پیماں شکنی یاد آئی

جام اٹھاتے ہی دل امڈا تو بھر آئیں آنکھیں

چشم ساقی تری ساغر شکنی یاد آئی

یاد آئی نہ کبھی بے سر و سامانی میں

دیکھ کر گھر کو غریب الوطنی یاد آئی

آج دکھلاتے گل افشانیٔ گفتار وحیدؔ

لگ گئی چپ جو وہ غنچہ دہنی یاد آئی
