کس کس سے نہ وہ لپٹ رہا تھا

وزیر آغا

کس کس سے نہ وہ لپٹ رہا تھا

پاگل تھا یوں ہی چمٹ رہا تھا

مری رات گزر رہی تھی ایسے

میں جیسے ورق الٹ رہا تھا

ساگر میں نہیں تھی موج اک بھی

ساحل تھا کہ پھر بھی کٹ رہا تھا

میں بھی تو جھپٹ رہا تھا خود پر

جب میرا اثاثہ بٹ رہا تھا

دیکھا تو نظر تھی اس کی جل تھل

مشکیزۂ ابر پھٹ رہا تھا

قسمت ہی میں روشنی نہیں تھی

بادل تو کبھی کا چھٹ رہا تھا

نشہ تھا چڑھاؤ پر سحر دم

پیمانۂ عمر گھٹ رہا تھا
