تم کیا خفا ہو خود ہیں خفا زندگی سے ہم

کچھ ایسے بدحواس ہیں دل کی لگی سے ہم

کہتے ہیں مدعائے دل مدعی سے ہم

بے زار ہو چکے ہیں بہت دل لگی سے ہم

بس ہو تو عمر بھر نہ ملیں اب کسی سے ہم

یہ جانتے تو شکوے نہ کرتے رقیب کے

کہتے ہیں تیری ضد سے ملیں گے اسی سے ہم

مجرم ہے کون دونوں میں انصاف کیجیے

چھپ چھپ کے آپ ملتے ہیں یا مدعی سے ہم

ہم اور چاہ غیر کی اللہ سے ڈرو

ملتے ہیں تم سے بھی تو تمہاری خوشی سے ہم
