کوزہ گر دیکھ اگر چاک پہ آنا ہے مجھے

پھر ترے ہاتھ سے ہر چاک سلانا ہے مجھے

باندھ رکھے ہیں مرے پاؤں میں گھنگرو کس نے

اپنی سر تال پہ اب کس نے نچانا ہے مجھے

رات بھر دیکھتا آیا ہوں چراغوں کا دھواں

صبح عاشور سے اب آنکھ ملانا ہے مجھے

ہاتھ اٹھے نہ کوئی اب کے دعا کی خاطر

ایک دیوار پس دار بنانا ہے مجھے

سر بچے یا نہ بچے تیرے زیاں خانے میں

اپنی دستار بہر طور بچانا ہے مجھے

چھوڑ آیا ہوں در دل پہ میں آنکھیں اپنی

اب ذرا جائے جو کہتا تھا کہ جانا ہے مجھے
