NA-216 National Assembly Sanghar-ll - Results in 2008 General Election

In 2008 General National Assembly Election, Pir Syed Saddaruddin Shah Rashdi from Pakistan Muslim League (F) was elected as Member National Assembly MNA, and got 97347 votes, the second runner up was Sajid Ali Banbhan from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians who got 79033 votes. 13 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 378628 voters registered in NA-216, out of which 182708 votes were polled out, 178296 votes were valid and 4623 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 48.25 % for NA-216 constituency of National Assembly.
