NA-233 National Assembly Jamshoro - Results in 2008 General Election

In 2008 General National Assembly Election, Talat Iqbal Mahessar from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians was elected as Member National Assembly MNA, and got 83493 votes, the second runner up was Ihsan Ali Jatoi from Pakistan Muslim League who got 50146 votes. 10 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 438137 voters registered in NA-233, out of which 136667 votes were polled out, 134071 votes were valid and 2990 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 31.19 % for NA-233 constituency of National Assembly.
